The Blackbourne Tree Group is a community venture started 16 years ago, occupying an attractive woodland site adjacent to the river in Honington.
The land is partially rented from Euston Estate and the rest is Honington Charity Land.
Over the years we have maintained paths, cleared fallen trees and planted several mixed trees to encourage wildlife.
We also have a collection of bird boxes.
It is very well used by dog walkers and the Forest School do a regular session in the summer term.
NEXT GROUP MEETS
SATURDAY 31 MAY @ 9:00
Please meet at the sewer works
EVERYONE IS WELCOME - LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU THERE

We had a very successful work day in October, with major path clearance. We are not going to meet over the winter, but restart in March. Thank you to all the Team who have made the area so successful over the year. GS
