The Blackbourne Tree Group is a community venture started 16 years ago, occupying an attractive woodland site adjacent to the river in Honington.
The land is partially rented from Euston Estate and the rest is Honington Charity Land.
Over the years we have maintained paths, cleared fallen trees and planted several mixed trees to encourage wildlife.
We also have a collection of bird boxes.
It is very well used by dog walkers and the Forest School do a regular session in the summer term.
