I am pleased to send you the link to West Suffolk Council’s Annual Report for 2024–2025
This represents a year of delivery, ambition, and real impact for the people, communities, and businesses of West Suffolk. It reflects the council’s commitment to deliver a thriving West Suffolk - setting out key achievements and meaningful progress made during the past year.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank yourselves. Much of what is achieved is in partnership with local councillors, parish, and town councils as well as community groups and public bodies. The achievements in this report demonstrates how partnership working is crucial to deliver shared local aims and ambitions and ensuring crucial initiatives and drive improvements and better outcomes.
This report also follows a glowing Local Government Association Corporate Peer Challenge Review which praised West Suffolk Council for its proactive, inclusive, and forward-thinking approach. The progress report follows the earlier review that concluded West Suffolk was a strong authority and had the right priorities to meet future challenges.
In the coming weeks and months, we will be publicising what we have delivered and our future ambitions for areas to help residents find out about where they live and how we are supporting a thriving West Suffolk.
