Died: 17 October 1940 Coddenham, Suffolk, England He served as a pilot in the 2nd Air Regiment in Olomouc before the war. He ran away to Poland in May 1939 and sailed to France after that, but he did not get into fights there. He was enlisted in the VR RAF in England and posted as a pilot to the 311 Czechoslovak Squadron in August 1940 Karel Lang died during training flight by Vickers Wellington Mk.Ia, L7786, KX-. They had caught their vertical tail surface on the electrical wires which they tried to underfly. |
